Just Ducky Crochet and Winnie the Pooh Scrapbooking

I wanted to post the gifts I made for my cousin Derrick and Cheryl's little boy, Lakota. He was born in 2004 so these projects were done in 2004 and 2005. For his baby shower I crocheted a really cute afghan in Simply Soft yarn in white, baby blue, and light green and a toy called "Just Ducky". I also made the card that is shaped like a little romper...

For Lakota's Easter gift, I made some scrapbook pages of pictures I took of him in the hospital with his mom and dad. These Winnie the Pooh pages match his nursery theme.

Hi! I have been really inspired by other people's blogs and decided to try one out myself.

I love crafting, especially crocheting and knitting, counted cross stitch, sewing, quilting, and scrapbooking. I plan to post lots of pictures of my completed projects since most of them tend to be gifts and I don't get to see them after they are done!

I also really enjoy reading. I like thrillers, historical mysteries, and historical romances.
